Welcome to SpeakGravity. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and SpeakGravity ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Abhijeet Prakash, concerning your access to and use of the https://SpeakGravity.com website and AI communication coach application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using SpeakGravity, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all terms herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Digital Services

SpeakGravity is an artificial-intelligence-driven web application designed to help individuals practice speech, mock interviews, and public presentation delivery. Features include Whisper AI audio transcription, Gemini 3.5 speech coaching feedback, filler word detection, voice session archiving, and analytical dashboards.

3. User Account Security

To access certain features, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In or create an email account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your profile.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Razorpay Billing

• SpeakGravity Pro Membership: Offered at a subscription rate of ₹99 / month (all inclusive).
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly schedule.
• Payment Processing: Handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs.
• No Lock-In: You may cancel your subscription at any time without fee or penalty directly in your account or through your UPI mandate application.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or exploit SpeakGravity software or API endpoints. Recording sessions must comply with applicable Indian privacy laws, and you must hold all rights to any audio or speech recorded during sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

SpeakGravity provides AI feedback for educational and practice purposes only. While our models strive for high accuracy, AI feedback does not guarantee specific exam results or employment outcomes.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
