• Account Details: Your name and email address provided during authentication (Google Sign-In or email/password registration).
• Vocal Audio Streams: Microphone audio recorded strictly when you actively practice, used for transcription and speech pace calculation.
• Zero Video Architecture (100% Video-Free): SpeakGravity does NOT record, upload, access, or store webcam video. Our platform operates with zero camera access or hardware permissions, completely eliminating visual surveillance or video exposure risks.
• Coaching Analytics: Transcripts, cadence/pace scores, filler word counts, and practice streaks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Transcribe speech and generate real-time coaching feedback through Google Gemini AI.
• Maintain your personal historical practice dashboard, audio feedback, and score trends.
• Process subscription orders and support requests via Razorpay.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your recordings or personal details to any advertisers or third-party brokers.

3. Security & Cloud Encryption

We use end-to-end HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3) for all web traffic. Account data is hosted in Google Cloud Firebase (AES-256 at rest) with a 100% video-free privacy architecture.

4. Payment Security & Compliance

Financial transactions are securely processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator that is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. SpeakGravity never handles or stores sensitive cardholder or UPI authentication data.

5. Data Retention & User Control

You have full autonomy over your data. You can delete individual practice sessions from your Analytics dashboard at any time. To request complete account and data deletion, contact us at support@SpeakGravity.com.
